What is the cost to rent the space?

What are the days available for rental?

7 days a week.

What are the hours of rental?

8am-10pm.

Do you rent hourly/half/full day?

Yes you can rent hourly, half, or full day. Please reach out to the Director for pricing.

What are the dimensions of the event space?

Event Hall – 2,453 SF

Kitchen – 559 SF + 82 SF (dishwashing) = 641 SF

Storage – 326 SF

How many tables and chairs are available?

13 tables that can sit 8-10 people and 113 chairs.

What do you provide for the tables?

We provide tableware for your event, such as linens, forks, knives, spoons, and glassware.

Is kitchen staff provided for events?

No, you have the option of hiring a catering company or cooking yourself.  If all is cleaned up and put back in place after usage, your full security deposit will be refunded.

What are your deposit and cancellation policies?

$150 security deposit.

The Renter agrees to return all rented items in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. If any items are lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond reasonable use, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit amount, the Renter agrees to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of notification. Additionally, if a key card is damaged, a non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged. The Owner reserves the right to assess damage and determine repair or replacement costs at their discretion. Failure to return items on time may also result in additional fees.

Is the event space handicapped accessible?

Yes, it is handicapped accessible at the entrance as well as the restrooms.

Where can we park?

A parking lot can be found in the back of the building. There will be handicapped spaces available as well. Please access the rear parking lot via Shannon Avenue and Triplett Road. The address for google maps is 131 Triplett Tech Road, Mount Jackson, VA 22842.
