We are thrilled to share a milestone moment in our organization’s journey — the launch of our new name and a refreshed, meaningful brand identity that reflects who we are and the community we serve.
For those who have supported CREW from the beginning — founders, volunteers, families, partners — we want to express our deep appreciation. Your efforts built the foundation we continue to grow from, and that legacy remains central to our mission.
As the organization has grown, we’ve gained a clearer understanding of the wide reach of our services. This insight naturally guided the transition to a name that reflects our impact across the entire county.
Today, we proudly introduce:
The Shenandoah County Community Center (SCCC)
A community hub dedicated to strengthening families, enriching lives, and fostering connection through programs, events, wellness, and culture — uniting the entire county under one welcoming roof.
This change honors our history while opening the door to a stronger, more inclusive, countywide future. SCCC reflects not only where we are located, but who we serve and why we exist: to strengthen connection, support families at every stage of life, and nurture a healthier, more vibrant Shenandoah County for generations to come.
Coming Soon: Our New Branding Suite
Our refreshed visual identity draws inspiration from:
✔️ The Blue Ridge Mountains
✔️ The Shenandoah River
✔️ The historic Triplett School building
✔️ Warm, natural tones that reflect heritage, connection, and community pride
The result is a timeless yet modern brand that captures the spirit of Shenandoah County. You’ll begin to see this new look across our signage, programs, website, and communications in the weeks ahead.
